The cost of globalization and competition have caused parents to consistently face challenges in the gap between our commitment at work and what is also deeply importance to us, our family.
In this workshop, we look at
- What our children need from mom and dad against the stressful and growing years;
- How to bring success out of our children in life in balancing between the clock (time) and the compass (principles);
- Challenging issues facing working parents in raising our children – choosing between the good and the best; and
- How to bring the family into the workplace – closing the gap.
